Terms of Service

Effective July 2, 2026

These Terms govern your access to and use of Propel.OS (“Propel,” “the Service”), operated by Propel.OS LLC. By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you’re agreeing on behalf of a company, you represent that you’re authorized to bind that company.

The Service

Propel is a workplace-culture measurement platform: it runs recurring “pulse” surveys on four culture conditions, surfaces trends and flight-risk signals, and gives leaders guidance to act on them. We may improve, change, or add features over time.

Accounts

You’re responsible for your account and for keeping your login credentials secure. You agree to provide accurate information and to notify us promptly of any unauthorized use. You must be at least 18 to use Propel.

Acceptable use

Don’t misuse the Service. You agree not to: use it unlawfully or to harm others; attempt to access accounts or data that aren’t yours; probe, scan, or breach security; reverse-engineer or copy the Service; or use it to send spam or malicious code. Use pulse and culture data ethically and in keeping with your obligations to your own team members.

Plans, billing, and cancellation

Paid plans are billed through Stripe on the interval you select (monthly or annual) and renew automatically until cancelled. You authorize us to charge your payment method for the applicable fees. You can cancel at any time; cancellation stops future renewals, and access continues through the end of the paid period. Except where required by law, fees already paid are non-refundable.

Your data

As between you and us, your company’s data — including team members’ pulse responses and profiles — belongs to your company. You grant us the limited right to host and process that data to provide and support the Service. We handle it as described in our Privacy Policy. Because culture data is sensitive, you agree to use it responsibly and only for legitimate people-leadership purposes.

Intellectual property

The Service, including its software, design, methodology, and content (the Propel Profile, the four-condition model, and related materials), is owned by Propel.OS LLC and its licensors and is protected by law. These Terms don’t grant you any ownership in the Service.

Disclaimers

Propel is provided “as is.” It’s a decision-support tool, not a substitute for professional HR, legal, or medical judgment. We don’t warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free, and we make no guarantee about specific outcomes such as retention.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Propel.OS LLC will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for lost profits or data. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service will not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.

Termination

You may stop using the Service and close your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms or to protect the Service or its users. On termination, your right to use the Service ends; certain provisions (like ownership, disclaimers, and liability limits) survive.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Florida, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules. Disputes will be resolved in the courts located in Florida.

Changes

We may update these Terms. When we make material changes, we’ll revise the effective date and, where appropriate, notify you. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
